Overview
We are looking for a creative, energetic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Maidstone, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality digital content, managing website and campaigns, and supporting the wider business in driving revenue growth. You will work closely with management teams across the group to develop engaging marketing output, ensuring our digital presence remains fresh, accurate and impactful.

Haynes Bros Ltd, a leading multi-franchise automotive and agricultural dealership group headquartered in Maidstone. With group sales exceeding £125 million, 12 sites and 350 employees, we serve large parts of the South East and we are continuously growing.
We are now seeking an experienced and creative marketing professional to lead the marketing strategy for our Automotive Division.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Visual Delivery
- Create engaging digital imagery for both online platforms and physical signage
- Produce and edit video content for social media and YouTube channels
- Maintain a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency
- Bring fresh ideas to campaigns and content creation.
Website and Offer Management
- Upload and manage offers via the company CMS platform
- Regularly review website content to ensure it is current, accurate and engaging
- Liaise with Sales Managers to gather new offers and update content as required
- Ensure online promotions remain relevant and effective.
Campaign Delivery and Stakeholder Engagement
- Meet with management to understand marketing requirements
- Translate business objectives into effective marketing activity
- Support campaign delivery across digital channels
- Present ideas and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Email and Digital Campaigns
- Design and build marketing emails and campaigns
- Support wider digital marketing initiatives across the group
Social Media and Engagement
- Manage and create content across social media platforms
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve performance
Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve results
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience in a digital marketing, content, or design-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Experience using a website CMS
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Ability to create engaging visual and video content
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable
- Experience within the motor trade or dealership environment
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms
- Understanding of website performance / SEO basics
- Exposure to digital signage platforms
