Client Service Project Manager
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000

About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a creative design and production agency to recruit a Client Service Project Manager to support the delivery of exhibition, event, and interior space projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment, managing projects from inception through to completion while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, managing budgets and programmes, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards across exhibitions, events, and interior fit-out environments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
Prepare cost estimates, track project expenditure, and support financial reporting
Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and client expectations
Coordinate on-site project delivery for exhibitions and events where required
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders
Conduct post-project reviews and gather client feedback
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Requirements
Previous experience in project management within exhibitions, events, interiors, or design & production sectors
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong budgeting, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of design and production processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing project requirements
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Desirable Experience
Degree in Project Management, Business, Design, or related field
Experience managing exhibition or event installations
Previous experience within creative or production agency environments
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project delivery
