About Want Studios
WANT STUDIOS, the Manchester creative hospitality team behind concepts such as Ramona, Firehouse, CUPRA City Garage and Albert's Schloss are taking 25 years of making raves, restaurants and creative experiences to open their most exciting concept to date.
The Opportunity
The bar is the room. That's how we think about it — and we need someone who thinks the same way. Want Studios is opening a Latin American-inspired bar and restaurant in Manchester in August 2026. Tequila-led. High volume. A cocktail programme with real identity. This is an opportunity to build a bar from scratch — your team, your drinks, your standards. Inspired by the real campfire cooking of Latin America and the world's best festival sound systems. If that excites you, we want to talk.
