Role:
To assist Contracts Managers in all aspects of day-to-day project management of individual contracts in the water and wastewater industry.
Primarily Office Based Role with regular travel to wastewater facilities within the Republic of Ireland
Job Description:
- Work within the provision of the company’s ISO Quality, Environmental and Health Safety Procedures.
- Manage multiple M&E projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Oversee the purchase of equipment and sub-contract services.
- Prepare CAD drawings as and when required for contracts.
- Attend site progress meetings with Contract Managers.
- Lead projects and coordinate with internal teams.
- Review and produce Operation & Maintenance manuals.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on project progress, financial performance, risks and timelines.
- Liaise with and support site engineers on their day-to-day job requirements.
- Ensure work on site is carried out safely and in accordance with current H&S guidelines.

Requirements:
- A formal qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience working within M&E environment and in the construction industry.
- Competent with Autocad drawing software and MS Project Management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
