Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operational activities and staff.
- Coordinate schedules, workloads, and team assignments.
- Monitor service quality and operational performance.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and operational standards.
- Manage inventory and coordinate supplier requirements.
- Address customer concerns and operational issues.
- Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, supervision, or team leadership.
