As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help ensure a seamless customer experience.
The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient administration, accurate order processing, and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing quotations, sales documentation, and reports
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners regarding orders and deliveries
- Updating and maintaining CRM and internal databases
- Assisting with customer account management and follow-up activities
- Supporting the sales team in achieving business targets
- Ensuring all customer interactions/ complaints are handled professionally and efficiently
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
