Silverways is an award-winning 62-bed care home in Highcliffe, Dorset, offering nursing, residential, palliative, and respite care. We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurses to join our teams day or nights.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with NMC and CQC standards.
- Assess, monitor, and record residents’ health and wellbeing.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Develop and update personalised care plans with residents, families, and the multi-disciplinary team.
- Lead and support care staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations and safeguarding residents.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current NMC registration (RGN).
- Experience in nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, leadership, and effective communication.
- Commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing.
