Welcome to Whitwell Park – a vibrant and welcoming 34-bed residential nursing service located in the heart of Whitwell. We are passionate about delivering outstanding care and improving the lives of the people we support. Due to continued growth, we are looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNLD, RMN or RGN) to join our team.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care programmes, ensuring the needs of service users and their families are met with professionalism, compassion and respect.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to positive health outcomes while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care programmes tailored to individual needs.
- Promote a culture that values innovation, continuous improvement and best practice.
- Support the development and delivery of a philosophy of care that respects the rights of service users, carers and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive learning environment and support evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrate clinical competence by effectively combining nursing theory with practical experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid NMC registration and PIN (RNLD, RMN or RGN).
- Experience delivering patient-centred care within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, empathetic and professional approach.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
