This beautiful bakery is looking for a new leader to develop and grow their product range and continue to take wonderful care of their team. This iconic bakery with some of the most unique products around have built a real following in recent years. They are hoping to open another site soon so someone strong on commercials would be ideal, but for now, this site would be your primary focus.
This owner operated bakery has so much potential, and you can join at a very exciting time. you will have full creative control and the capability to drive the product range where you would like. This is perfect for someone who is both a truly creative pastry chef and baker, as your time will be focused on both areas. You will work with the best ingredients, developing frequently changing seasonal menus and training the menu in to the teams.
There is a nice mix of wholesale clients and usual bakery/cafe trade. This would really suit a creative, lovely, kind and passionate baker with ambitions to create a name in this industry. This is a full-time role, but the position can be quite flexible and the owners would consider a fractional or p/t role.
