As part of the Rix Group, Jordans Motors has built a strong reputation for providing quality vehicles, trusted servicing and outstanding customer care. We are now looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy and friendly team.

The Role
As our Parts Advisor, you'll be a key member of the aftersales team, ensuring both retail and trade customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently. Working closely with our workshop and service departments, you'll help keep vehicles on the road while delivering the exceptional customer experience that Jordans Motors is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service both over the phone and face to face.
- Identify, source and order vehicle parts accurately and efficiently.
- Book out parts, raise invoices and process customer payments.
- Receive, inspect and organise incoming stock and deliveries.
- Prepare parts for workshop jobs to ensure technicians have everything they need.
- Assist with stock control, stock checks and inventory management.
- Promote seasonal offers and special promotions to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the parts department remains organised and efficient.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and enjoys helping customers.
You'll ideally have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle components and automotive parts.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and positive approach to teamwork.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department or the motor industry would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
What We Offer
- £13.00 per hour
- Full-time permanent position.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays as OT.
