Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our landscaping team. We install patios, decking, fencing and driveways. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various manual tasks across our site, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic working environment and training to become a landscaper.
Duties
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
- Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising tools and equipment
- Cement mixing.
- Supporting tradespeople with their tasks, including moving supplies and materials
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site to uphold health and safety standards.
Skills
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
