We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our busy coffee shop and café team in Garstang. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, works well under pressure, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate must have full availability across Monday to Sunday and be available to work between 8:30am and 4:30pm. Hours can range up to and may exceed 25 hours per week depending on business needs.
Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality setting is preferred, along with some barista knowledge and confidence supporting the day-to-day running of a busy environment. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and people skills, strong time keeping, and a positive, can-do attitude.
The role will involve supporting and motivating the team, maintaining high standards throughout the café, serving customers, preparing drinks, and helping wherever needed - including cleaning and pot wash during busy periods. We are looking for someone who is happy to muck in and be part of every aspect of daily café life.
