At Green Fox Cleaning, we are currently looking for an experienced and reliable person preferably with previous supervisory experience to join our dedicated school cleaning team at a primary school in Peacehaven, working as a cleaning supervisor.
You will be leading a team which will include four cleaning operatives.
The fixed shift time will be from 3:45pm - 6:45pm Monday to Friday (15 hours per week).
You will be working 43 weeks per yer (39 weeks term time, plus 4 weeks deeper cleaning spread across school holidays), plus 28 days paid holiday per annum.
Your core duties will include the following:
- Inducting new starters, and providing training and developing your team.
- Proactively monitoring cleaning standards.
- Managing HR and performance issues, supported by a manager.
- Stocking management, and ordering supplies in good time.
- On-site point of contact for the school, reacting to feedback.
- Working closely with the contract manager to deliver an excellent service.
- Cleaning your own smaller area of the school as required.
