Duties
- Provide professional barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Greet clients warmly, listen attentively to understand their desired looks, and offer expert advice on styles, good consultation skills are key.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Build a strong rapport with shops clients creating a community feel
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to continually enhance your skills
- Build a loyal customer base and create a relaxing environment
Experience
- Proven experience in barbering, a portfolio helps
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring every client feels valued and satisfied
- Knowledge of current hair trends, tools, and products
- Ability to work efficiently and cleanly while maintaining attention to detail creating the clients desired look
- Previous experience working in a salon or barbershop setting is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates willing to learn
- Certification or licensing in barbering or cosmetology is advantageous but not required for entry-level applicants

Pay: £28,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
