Hunton engineering are looking for a time served machinist to join our engineering team. The candidate will be a time served mechanical fitter/machinist with comprehensive knowledge of milling and turning operations. Works include one off and very small batch machining on CNC controlled lathes and mills in a selection of materials including common carbon and stainless steels, bronzes and various specialist high strength steels. Works range from a few KGs to larger fabrications and long drives shafts in excess of 2 Tonnes.
Mechanical fitting and assembly experience will be an advantage
