The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business, managing property sales and building strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Generating valuations and new business opportunities
- Maintaining regular communication with clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Conducting take on appointments – preparing the property for marketing
- Carrying out compliance checks for buyers and sellers
What We’re Looking For
- Previous estate agency or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional, and target-driven attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Passion for property and delivering great customer experiences
