Experienced Lettings Negotiator - £55k- £67k On Target Earnings

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic and growing team working across all of London, with a particular focus on some of the capital’s most prestigious new-build and luxury developments.
Examples of the developments you will be working with are: White City Living, The Dumont, The Corniche, Kings Road Park, Chelsea Creek, Battersea Power Station, Prince of Wales Drive, Fulham Reach, One Casson Square, One Park Drive, South Quay Plaza and many others. You will not be restricted to show tenants any part of London or up to a certain budget, unlike other agents who are postcode locked or budget restricted, you will have the freedom to earn as much as you want. The more you let the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Let and market a portfolio of luxury new-build and high-end residential properties across London
- Proactively generate leads and convert enquiries into completed lets
- Booking and conducting property viewings professionally and efficiently.
- Negotiate rental terms confidently to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business.
- Manage the lettings process from instruction through to offer agreed and move-in.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team lettings targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with developers and tenants.
- Keep CRM systems and reporting accurate to track activity, performance, and progress against targets.
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity across London.
- Learn the legal requirements and communicate effectively to prospective tenants in order to comply with our company policy. (Right to rent, reference requirements, affordability, AML etc).
- Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Passion for the real estate industry and eager to learn.
- Is highly motivated, target-driven, and performance-focused.
- Thrives in a results-based, commission-led environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel all over London.
- Driving license not required.
