Fragrance Boutique Manager – Position Available from 2 October 2026

Main Responsibilities
1. Commercial Performance
- Lead the boutique’s commercial performance by achieving and exceeding sales objectives while monitoring key performance indicators, including conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction and operational costs.
- Analyse weekly business results, identify growth opportunities and implement effective action plans to maximise performance.
- Develop and execute boutique initiatives including product launches, client events, local activations and strategic partnerships.
- Provide regular performance updates, insights and recommendations to the Retail Manager.
2. Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing boutique team that embodies the Maison’s values and service standards.
- Set clear individual objectives, provide regular coaching and deliver constructive feedback to support team growth and performance.
- Create a positive, collaborative and motivating working environment while managing schedules in line with business needs, UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Identify and develop future talent, supporting succession planning and the Maison’s long-term international growth.
3. Client Experience & Client Development
- Ensure the delivery of an exceptional luxury client experience aligned with the Maison’s service philosophy and brand values.
- Drive client development strategies by encouraging clienteling, data capture, personalised follow-up and long-term relationship building with local and international clients.
- Inspire the team to deliver expert fragrance consultations, meaningful storytelling and memorable experiences that strengthen client loyalty.
4. Boutique Operations
- Maintain outstanding boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, inventory accuracy, replenishment and loss prevention procedures while ensuring an efficient back-of-house organisation.
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures relating to cash handling, security, health and safety, and data protection.
- Act as the main point of contact for the landlord, suppliers and local service partners.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of sales objectives and sustainable business growth.
- Conversion rate, average transaction value and units per transaction.
- Client acquisition, retention and overall customer satisfaction.
- Inventory accuracy, operational excellence and stock loss management.
- Team engagement, retention and professional development.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ management experience within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, premium hospitality or a similar client-focused environment.
- Proven ability to lead commercial performance and develop successful teams.
- Experience with boutique openings, retail projects or market launches would be considered an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with a remote Head Office.
- Genuine passion for niche perfumery, craftsmanship and sustainable luxury.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable due to London’s international clientele.
- Flexibility to work weekends, late openings and peak trading periods.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Location
This position is based in London. The successful candidate will operate in a premium retail environment, welcoming both local and international clients. Strong knowledge of London’s luxury, beauty or niche fragrance market would be considered a significant advantage.
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
