Join a leading specialist civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who deliver major projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Manager to join their Preconstruction team based full-time in their Central London office.

Working within the Preconstruction team, you will provide technical leadership during tender and bid stages, helping to develop winning solutions for complex infrastructure projects.
Key duties include:
- Reviewing designs, specifications and tender documentation
- Identifying technical risks and buildability challenges
- Developing construction methodologies and engineering solutions
- Supporting bid submissions and preconstruction activities
- Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Driving value engineering opportunities
- Proven experience in a Technical Manager, Design Manager or similar role
- Strong civil engineering and infrastructure background is essential
- Previous experience working on roads, bridges, earthworks, drainage or S278 projects
- Excellent technical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant engineering qualification preferred
- £85,000 – £90,000 salary
