Retail Manager
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Location: Drimsynie Holiday Village (Accommodation provided)

We are recruiting an experienced Retail Manager to lead the retail operation at a fantastic hotel & holiday village.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and enjoys developing teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About You
You will be a confident and experienced hospitality leader with:
- Previous experience as a Complex Manager, Retail Manager, General Manager, or similar
- Strong background in retail operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent customer service standards and a guest-first mindset
- Strong commercial awareness, demonstrating revenue development and cost control ethos.
- Strong inter personal skills, do develop relationships within the H.O.D and department teams
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a high-volume environment
The Role
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the whole facility, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full operational management of the retail on site
- Leading, training, and developing the front-of-house and bar teams
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences at all times
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, and labour budgets
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, health & safety, and compliance
- Driving and improving sales, upselling opportunities, and overall profitability
