About Sunny Art Centre
Sunny Art Centre is a professional art academy in central London (Covent Garden) specialising in drawing, painting, and portfolio preparation courses for adults and young people. We provide structured, studio-based training for students ranging from complete beginners to university applicants.
We are now looking for a commercially minded, organised individual to support the studio’s daily operations and help drive course bookings and growth.

The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the daily operation, student administration, and marketing activities of Sunny Art Centre.
You will be responsible for managing student enquiries, course bookings, administrative tasks, social media content, marketing campaigns, and general studio operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
This is not purely a marketing role. Success in this position requires strong administrative ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to guide prospective students towards suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Enquiries
- Respond to enquiries via email, telephone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Explain courses, pricing, and study options clearly and confidently
- Conduct studio consultations with prospective students and parents
- Convert enquiries into course bookings
- Follow up leads and maintain accurate enquiry records
- Support student retention and progression onto longer-term courses
Administration & Studio Operations
- Manage class bookings and timetables
- Maintain student databases and enrolment records
- Prepare invoices and assist with administrative tasks
- Coordinate workshops, exhibitions, and studio events
- Monitor course capacity and booking systems
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio
Marketing & Content Creation
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns
- Create social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
- Design promotional posters and graphics using Canva or Adobe software
- Edit short-form videos and promotional content
- Assist with newsletters and email marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident communicator and customer-facing professional
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning booking, CRM, and administration systems
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently

- Experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or business development
- Experience running social media accounts
- Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent experience
- Bookkeeping or administrative experience
- Experience working in education, training, arts, or creative industries
What We Offer
- Part-time role: 3 days per week
- £13/hour to be reviewed after completing probation (3 months)
- £14-£15/hour after successful probation
