An exciting opportunity awaits. We are looking for a medical receptionist/ Patient Co-Ordinator who cna also work as a HCA, to join our expanding team at our private, holistic medical and wellness clinic located in Thurnby, Leicester
We have a large multidisciplinary team consisting of over 40 practitioners offering over 100 different therapies and treatment options. All our practitioners work collaboratively together. The clinic is open, 8am to 8pm Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 7pm on Thursday, 8-4pm Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturday. We require flexibility between these hours.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for existing and potential patients.
The role involves:
Explaining procedures to patients if needed.
Multi-tasking within the front of house and admin role
Fulfilling the HCA role including, phlebotomy, chaperoning and other related tasks where required.
Making new and follow up appointments and assisting in patient enquiries - at the desk and over the telephone and e-mail.
Entering patient data for registration purposes in a professional and confidential manner as outlined in clinic policies.
Enhancing the clinic brand and promoting our practitioners where appropriate.
Raising awareness of clinic services and products
Replying to emails and online queries within the specified time window.
Attending staff meetings, training and events when required
Efficiently deal with queries from practitioners and patients and liaising with the duty Practice manager where appropriate
Maintaining high standards at the clinic including tidying and replenishing supplies in the treatment rooms and public areas.
Helping to keep the clinic CQC compliant. Guidance will be given.
Opening and locking up of clinic premises where required (shift dependent)

Is IT literate in Microsoft Word and Excel. Training will be given for further software that the clinic uses.

Is available part time hours (16-30) including Saturdays .
