At Campari Group, we’re entering a defining decade — powered by data, intelligence, and bold ambition. We’re looking for a Global AI Director to lead our enterprise-wide AI transformation and turn cutting-edge technology into real business impact at scale.
This role will be based in Milan, at our Global HQ. It is more than a leadership role — it’s an opportunity to build, scale, and embed AI into the heart of a global organisation, influencing everything from supply chain to marketing, customer experiences, and beyond.
You’ll define how AI creates value across Campari!
We’re looking for a leader who doesn’t just understand AI, but knows how to turn it into something that actually works across a global organization — driving impact, adoption, and long-term growth. This is a unique opportunity to define and lead our enterprise AI transformation: from strategy and governance, to real use cases that change how we operate, decide, and grow.
This is your chance to turn vision into reality and make AI a true competitive advantage. You’ll set the direction, but more importantly, you’ll make it happen.
You’ll shape the global AI agenda and decide where we focus — what gets built, what gets scaled, and what actually drives value. You’ll connect business priorities with technology and data, ensuring AI delivers outcomes that matter.
But this role doesn’t live in strategy decks.
You’ll work across the organisation — Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance — identifying where AI can change decisions, unlock efficiency, and improve customer outcomes.
And you’ll make sure those solutions are adopted, not just delivered.
Own and evolve Campari’s enterprise AI vision, aligning innovation with business priorities and long-term growth.
Identify high-impact opportunities and scale AI use cases across operations, marketing, sales, HR, and finance — delivering tangible value globally.
Design and manage a portfolio of AI products, platforms, and reusable capabilities that enable speed, consistency, and scale.
Partner with teams across technology, data, and the business to deliver solutions that are robust, ethical, secure, and compliant.
Champion AI across the organisation — building capability, influencing leaders, and embedding AI into everyday decision-making.
-
Enterprise-wide influence at the highest level
-
Global scope across markets, functions, and cultures
-
End-to-end ownership from strategy through to execution
-
Close partnership with executive leadership
-
A genuine transformation mandate with real delivery expectations
We’re looking for a strategic leader who can bridge business and technology:
-
Significant experience leading AI, data, or digital transformation at global scale
-
Proven ability to define enterprise AI strategy and scale impactful solutions
-
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
-
Deep understanding of AI platforms, governance, and responsible AI
-
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear business value
-
AI is embedded in how decisions are made and how work gets done
-
High-value use cases are scaled globally with clear measurable impact
-
Teams actively adopt and shape AI-driven solutions
-
A strong governance model enables both innovation and accountability
Ultimately, success is simple... AI is no longer a concept. It’s how decisions get made. It’s how work gets done.
If this role sounds like you next move, we would love to hear from you!
