EUROSPAR Moy is entering an exciting new chapter, and we are seeking an ambitious, commercially focused, and people-driven Assistant Manager to join our leadership team.
Working directly alongside the General Manager, this is a key leadership position within the business. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, developing people, delivering commercial performance, and helping shape the future direction of one of the area's leading convenience retail destinations.
This is more than a traditional retail management role. As Assistant Manager, you will:
- Act as second-in-command to the General Manager.
- Lead and develop managers, supervisors and team leaders.
- Drive standards, accountability, and customer experience across the entire store.
- Take direct responsibility for our Fresh Food and Foodhall operation.
- Work closely with our NPD Manager to support innovation and growth.
- Help develop future leaders and succession pathways within the business.
- Deputise for the General Manager when required.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 3 years' (within last 5) experience operating at Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or equivalent operational leadership level within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Is commercially aware and results driven.
- Leads by example and inspires others to perform.
- Is passionate about customer experience and operational excellence.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
