Beauty Therapist Required

We are looking for a talented and reliable Beauty Therapist to join the team at Lipstick and Lashes. This role is ideal for someone experienced in a variety of beauty treatments with drive to learn new skills and offer high quality services.
About the Role
You’ll be providing a range of treatments in a friendly, professional salon environment, including waxing, facials and skin treatments, alongside brows, nails, and general beauty duties.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a range of waxing treatments
Skin care - Environ
Deliver lash and brow treatments
Provide nail services (e.g. gel polish, manicures/pedicures)
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Offer excellent customer service and client care
Promote retail
Social media updates
Support day-to-day salon operations
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
Confidence in carrying out beauty treatments
Friendly, professional, and reliable
Strong communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
