Home Manager
Location: Bury St Edmunds area
Salary: £45,000 + up to £20,000 bonus/KPIs
We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to take the lead at a well-established 37-bed dementia specialist service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who is looking for a long-term position within a stable service and has a genuine passion for delivering high-quality dementia care.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience as a Registered/Home Manager
- Strong, solid dementia experience – essential
- A strong track record of good CQC outcomes
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- A stable employment history and a genuine commitment to long-term tenure
- Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding and care standards
- Commercially aware, with the ability to maintain and improve occupancy and performance
- Local to the home is essential
Package
£45,000 basic salary
Up to £20,000 in bonus/KPI payments
