Nursery Manager – Petersfield, Hampshire GU32
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours | Shifts between 7:45am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our friendly team in Petersfield, Hampshire GU32.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly developed private nursery where you can make a real impact.

This is a predominantly room-based role with some administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for a hands-on Nursery Manager who is passionate about supporting children’s development while leading and inspiring a team. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Maintain and update nursery policies and procedures
- Monitor children’s development using Family and support learning outcomes
- Support the Deputy Manager with staff rotas
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
- Build strong relationships with parents, children, and staff
- Support team development through supervision and training plans
- Balance room-based responsibilities with administrative duties
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Passion for high-quality, child-centred early years practice
- Experience building parent relationships and supporting occupancy growth
- Eligible to work in the UK
