Role Purpose:
Join the bar team at Sky Garden and be part of one of London’s most iconic rooftop destinations, the 2 AA Rosette restaurant Fenchurch. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bartender to develop their cocktail expertise, deliver exceptional customer service, and build their career within a premium hospitality environment known for outstanding food, drinks, and unforgettable guest experiences.
What you will be doing

Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced rooftop restaurant and bar

Sharing product knowledge and making tailored recommendations to enhance the guest experience

Maintaining smooth, efficient bar operations during busy service periods

Ensuring bar presentation, cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained
What we are looking for

Previous bartending experience within a busy bar, restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is essential

Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for mixology, quality drinks and guest service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional approach

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards

Ability to remain organised and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and career development within hospitality

This is a full-time Bartender opportunity offering up to £15.71 per hour, plus a paid meal allowance.
