Duties
- Manage and oversee daily administrative functions for the group, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and leadership
- Supervise clerical staff, providing guidance on office procedures, workflow, and best practices
- Support human resources activities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with policy communication
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Organise files, prepare reports, and manage correspondence to streamline office operations
