We're looking for a Garden Maintenance Operative who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and wants to become part of a friendly, professional team where quality always comes first.

The Role:
You'll work alongside experienced horticulturists and Team Leaders maintaining a portfolio of prestigious private gardens.
Every day is different. One day you could be caring for a beautifully designed town garden in London, the next maintaining a large country estate in Surrey.
You'll be trusted to work in high-end client environments where professionalism, reliability and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide range of garden maintenance tasks to an exceptionally high standard.
- Lawn care, including mowing, edging and seasonal lawn treatments.
- Weeding, planting, mulching and general border maintenance.
- Hedge cutting, pruning and seasonal maintenance of shrubs, climbers and small trees.
- Assisting with planting schemes and ongoing horticultural improvements.
- Using horticultural tools, machinery and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintaining high standards of tidiness and presentation on every site.
- Working closely with Team Leaders to ensure scheduled visits are completed efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing Landcraft professionally at all times.
- Identifying garden issues and reporting them promptly to supervisors.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in garden maintenance, horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance, or a genuine enthusiasm for working in the horticultural industry.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working.
- Professional, courteous and well-presented.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Pride in producing consistently high-quality work.
Desirable:
- Experience maintaining high-end residential gardens.
- Good plant identification and horticultural knowledge.
- PA1/PA6 qualifications.
- Experience operating pedestrian or ride-on horticultural machinery.
- RHS or other horticultural qualifications.
- Ambition to develop a long-term career within horticulture.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Travelling daily to sites across Surrey, West London, Berkshire, Hampshire, West Sussex and surrounding counties.
