About the Opportunity
We are launching an exciting, independent venture in the premium food production sector, focusing on bringing high-quality, authentic food concepts to commercial clients (B2B) and direct consumers (B2C). This is a brand-new corporate entity completely separate from our existing hospitality operations.
We are looking for someone fiercely ambitious who wants to love what they do so deeply that traditional "holidays" aren't the priority—building something massive is. This role is designed for a talented creator who loves the craft but recognizes they cannot do it entirely on their own. It is for someone who needs a dedicated partner to unlock true, long-term growth.

Requirements
Nutrition Interest: A qualification or personal passion for functional, clean-label, or healthy food concepts is highly desirable.
Passion for Food: Love baking, working from scratch, and exploring the science of cooking recipes. Professional kitchen experience is not required.
Growth Mindset: Deeply driven by professional autonomy, long-term business growth, and profit-sharing.
Resilience & Drive: High willpower and grit to handle the daily, fast-paced challenges of a brand-new startup launch.
What You’ll Do
Product Development: Take lead charge of the kitchen workspace. Experiment with recipes, perfect artisanal baking techniques, and ensure absolute consistency in batch production.
B2B & B2C Relationship Building: Actively engage with prospective commercial clients (specialty cafes, local venues, retailers) and direct consumers to establish our market presence.
Drive Operational Scale: Work closely alongside your business partner to transition from a small-scale artisanal setup into a highly efficient, automated production model.
Agile Problem Solving: As a partner in an early-stage launch, tasks will evolve daily. A proactive, "can-do" attitude is essential for streamlining workflows and troubleshooting kitchen logistics.
