Responsibilities

- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales coverage and market penetration
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze customer data
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account management responsibilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and articulate technical solutions clearly
- Skilled in lead generation techniques including cold calling and direct sales approaches
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business development efforts
- Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer needs

- Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory
