We are looking for an experienced and motivated Self-Employed Beauty Therapist to join our team and build their client base within our busy clinic.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants the flexibility of self-employment while benefiting from working within an established clinic environment.
You will have the freedom to manage your diary while delivering high-quality treatments and growing your own client base. We welcome therapists who are passionate about client care, professional standards and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty treatments to a high standard
- Conduct thorough client consultations and aftercare advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote and recommend suitable treatments and retail products
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure client records are completed accurately
- Actively contribute to client retention and repeat bookings
- Support the promotion of your services through social media where appropriate
Treatments We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in therapists qualified in one or more of the following:
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Massage therapy
- Waxing
- Lash and brow treatments
- Body treatments
- Advanced beauty treatments (desirable)

Requirements
- Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Relevant treatment certifications
- Previous salon or clinic experience preferred
- Professional, reliable and well-presented
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fully insured (or willing to obtain insurance before starting)
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
