Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide essential assistance and guidance to individuals in need. Responsibilities
- Offer personalised support to clients, including assistance with daily activities and personal care where necessary
- Mentor individuals, encouraging their development and confidence in various activities
- Work directly with children, supporting their educational and social needs
- Assist in planning and delivering educational or recreational activities tailored to individual needs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all service users
- Collaborate with team members and external professionals to ensure consistent care and support plans are followed
- Maintain accurate records of support provided, progress made, and any incidents or concerns
- Promote independence by teaching life skills and encouraging participation in community activities

- Experience or interest in mentoring and working with children or vulnerable adults
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
