Key Responsibilities:
Front of House Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries, providing accurate information about our services.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's booking system.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage invoicing.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the clinic's database.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and stocking treatment rooms.
- Support marketing activities, including social media management and event coordination.
- Follow clinics’ SOPs processed for a 5* service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell treatments, treatment packages and retail products in a professional and consultative manner.
- Work towards individual and clinic sales targets while maintaining outstanding client satisfaction.
Treatment Coordination:
- Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs and expectations.
- Provide detailed information and upsell treatments, products and aftercare.
- Develop and recommend personalised treatment plans and programs tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Coordinate with practitioners and doctors to schedule treatments and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets within a luxury aesthetics, beauty or healthcare environment.
- Strong consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Experience working with KPIs, conversion rates and client retention is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using booking and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for aesthetics and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required.
