LA Physiotherapy
Do you want to join a fast growing, established private practice Physiotherapy and Sports Injury clinic? Permanent position available for part time Physiotherapist(s) available now (start date negotiable) practicing from our clinic in Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire.
The role:
- Experience of Musculoskeletal (MSK) treatment is essential (preferred 2+ years)
- part time position (approximately 20 hours)
- Working hours negotiable both start/finish times and hours per week.
- Previous private practice experience preferred, but not essential
- Opportunity to provide Pilates instruction 1:1 and/or as group teaching (Experience preferred, but training can be provided)
- Salary negotiable dependent on experience
- Some evening and/or weekend working available, core business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Regular in house CPD training provided
- Funding available for external courses and training
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and treatment of patients with range of MSK and sports injuries on a 1:1 basis
- Management of caseload (i.e. new and existing patients)
- Liaising with GPs, consultants etc as required to discuss clients
- Completion of reports for medical insurance claims
- Contribute to and participate in clinic ‘in-service’ training
Qualifications
- HCPC registered(essential)
- Member of CSP(essential)
- Acupuncture training/experience (desirable)
- Pilates training/experience (desirable)
- IT proficient
Other skills
- Good communication skills for patients and colleagues
- Confident in your own assessment and treatment methodologies
- Ability to work under own initiative
