Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, conscientious & nurturing Teaching Assistant (Level 2), to join our committed & hardworking school team. The successful applicant would be expected to work mainly within an infant class, but also at times with groups of children to support the class teacher and assist in meeting the personal, social and educational needs of our children.
The successful candidate will join a school that is flourishing, with happy and motivated children and staff. This position is part time, term time only, 5 mornings per week and currently a temporary post until July 2027. However, there is scope for continuing the role as well as additional hours within school. Please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, pro rata.

Essential Qualifications
- Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant Certificate (or equivalent)
- NVQ level 2 or above qualification
- appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in
English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy.

First Aid certificate
Essential Experience
Working with children in a primary school setting.
Desirable Experience
Working as a class TA in primary school setting across different age ranges.
