We have an exciting new opportunity for a Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team at our central office, BH House, located in Trafford Park, Manchester. BH House is home to a number of our key central teams, including Reservations, Marketing, Human Resources and Legal. The office is conveniently located within walking distance of Parkway Metrolink Station and offers easy access to the M60.
About the Role
Britannia Hotels is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Campaign Manager to join our marketing team.This is a brand-new role sitting between our Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing functions. You will take ownership of our annual campaign calendar and manage the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across Britannia Hotels, Elite Venue Selection and Sand Bay Holiday Village.
Working closely with Brand, Performance, Revenue, Commercial, Operations and hotel teams, you will ensure campaigns support occupancy, direct bookings, revenue and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the annual marketing campaign calendar across our brands.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Develop campaign briefs covering objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, budgets and KPIs.
- Coordinate campaigns across websites, SEO, PPC, CRM, email, social media, PR and other marketing channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, launch plans and deadlines.
- Coordinate creative assets with internal teams, agencies and suppliers.
- Work closely with Brand and Performance Marketing to ensure campaigns are consistent and effective.
- Liaise with Revenue, Sales, Operations and Hotel Managers to align campaigns with business priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on results, learnings and recommendations.
- Use data and commercial insight to continuously improve future campaigns.
You will be an organised and commercially focused marketer who enjoys managing projects, working with different teams and turning ideas into successful campaigns.
You will have:
- Previous experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience creating campaign briefs and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of PPC, SEO, CRM, websites, email marketing and social media.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to improve results.
- A commercial understanding of how marketing supports revenue, occupancy and direct bookings.
- Hospitality, travel or multi-site business experience would be advantageous.
