We're looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the operational delivery of HR services across Conexus Healthcare. You'll manage our HR team and provide expert HR advice and support to our member practices, our seven PCNs, and our internal staff.
This is a hands-on, varied role. You'll take ownership of recruitment and onboarding, our HR system, and our HR policies and procedures, while supporting managers with day-to-day people issues across the organisation.
About you
We're looking for someone with solid HR management experience, ideally within healthcare, the public sector, or another regulated environment. You'll be comfortable managing a team, confident advising managers on complex people issues, and able to juggle competing priorities across a busy, varied patch.
A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above), or equivalent experience, is essential. Experience within NHS primary care or a similar setting would be a bonus, but isn't required. We're just as interested in transferable HR management experience from other sectors.

Owning our HR system, keeping records accurate and using data to support decision-making
Developing and maintaining our HR policies and procedures
Making sure we stay compliant with employment law, safer recruitment requirements, and data protection
