Personal Assistant Internship - Z Management

Z Management is looking for an exceptional intern to work directly alongside Zita McHugh (Zita McQ) with the aim of developing into a Personal Assistant within the company.
This is not a “make the tea” internship.
You’ll become part of the day-to-day running of one of the UK’s most established independent management companies, learning how successful producer, songwriter and mixer management really works.

The Role
You’ll work closely with Zita and become involved in the real day-to-day operation of a busy artist management company.
As your confidence grows, you’ll take on increasing responsibility with the goal of becoming an indispensable Personal Assistant.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Scheduling meetings and Zoom calls
- Email management and correspondence
- Client administration
- Commission calculations and invoicing
- VAT and expense reporting
- PRS and PPL registrations
- Contract administration
- Pitching writers and producers for projects
- Researching artists and industry opportunities
- Finding new talent suited to our clients
- Website and social media updates
- Marketing support
- Presentation design and creative documents
- Attending gigs, showcases and networking events
- General business support

Working Pattern: 2 days per week (3 days preferred for applicants hoping to progress into a permanent role) PAY - Starts at £30/day, £40/day, £50/day, £60/day and increases depending on experience and qualifications
