Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's condition and response to interventions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Experience:
- Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
-Must have a valid NMC Pin
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
