Favours Day Nursery is looking for a Senior early years educator to work with children aged 2-4 years. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a focus on delivering outstanding education to the families within your care.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children
Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children
Effectively modelling best practice to the staff team including providing day to day guidance
Ensuring all policies, procedures and curriculum are implemented and adhered to at all times
Keeping up to date with current early childhood thinking/trends
Helping with opening and locking responsibilities
Skills
Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, both to parents and children
Ability to be flexible and remain calm under pressure
A passion for learning and a desire to grow
Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
Knowledge of Ofsted standards
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS

- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 3 or above in Early Years (required)
