Role: Fabric Engineer
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: Warwick
At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
- Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
- Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
- Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities management or building services.
- Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
- Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces.
