As a Warehouse Operative, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is willing to contribute as part of a busy team environment.
What Does the Role Involve?
Pick products from various warehouse locations using pick lists. Products vary in size and weight, so applicants should be physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Pack products securely using a variety of packaging materials to ensure safe delivery to customers.
Apply the correct shipping labels and documentation to outgoing orders.
Prepare and palletise orders ready for collection by our courier partners.
Carry out stock checks, report low stock levels, and identify out-of-stock products.
- Daily Warehouse Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. This may include removing waste packaging, reorganising stock, and general housekeeping duties.
Unload incoming stock, receive goods into inventory, and distribute products to the correct warehouse locations.
Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To)
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving and distributing incoming stock
- Following company procedures and warehouse processes
- Assisting Warehouse Supervisors and Managers when required
- Assisting other departments with warehouse-related enquiries
- Completing stock counts and inventory checks
- Updating inventory management systems
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Working professionally and courteously at all times
- Maintaining excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Wrapping and securing orders using various packaging solutions
- Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties
Skills & Experience Essential:
- Hardworking and reliable attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit with good strength and stamina
- Punctual and dependable
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to workload and responsibilities
Desirable:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems
- Forklift experience (although not essential)

Working Hours
Standard Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm
Peak Periods (Including Christmas)
During our busiest periods, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas, additional hours may be required to meet customer demand. This can include:
- Earlier start times (from 7:00am)
- Later finish times (up to 6:00pm or later when required)
- Weekend working
- Additional shifts during peak trading periods
All approved additional hours are paid as overtime.
Flexibility during busy periods is essential for this role.
Job Duties
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Move, stack, and organise stock
- Rotate stock where required
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Carry out general warehouse housekeeping duties
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Maintain efficient warehouse operations
- Support the wider warehouse team with day-to-day tasks
