Travel Consultants are the first point of contact for our customers and the face of Edwards Coaches. Providing excellent customer service, you will be focused on delivering a quality service whilst achieving pre-set sales targets.
· Offer expert advice about Edwards holidays, travel options and availability, helping to guide the customer into making an appropriate holiday choice.
· Manage customers’ expectations by ensuring they are clear about what to expect from Edwards Holidays during the reservation and confirmation process
· You will maximise the sales opportunities through promotion of the Company’s travel products and services.
· Maintain up-to-date, accurate and comprehensive records of all enquiries, quotes, sales, and all communications relating to them, to ensure we are able to provide customers with continuity and maximise our efficiency.
· Supply travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials.
· Provide excellent customer services to all of our customers / potential customers;
· Use a booking system to secure holidays.
· Collect and process payments.
· Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports.
· Keep clients up to date with any changes.
· Meet and greet tour departures from head office and alternative locations as necessary.
· Daily Administration duties, including complaints and refunds.
· Any other duties as requested by your Manager.
Work Experience
Proven experience in a customer service environment. Retail travel background preferred but not essential.
Experience of target driven sales environment
Knowledge and Skills
Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills
Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
Basic IT skills
Industry knowledge preferred

We are looking to employee in Our Llantrisant or Swansea Depots.
