We are looking for an exceptional practitioner who is passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning. The successful candidate will teach a range of practical and theory-based beauty units across Levels 1 to 4, supporting learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and professional behaviours required to succeed within this exciting and evolving sector.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering engaging and inspiring practical beauty lessons
- Supporting learners to achieve their full potential and progress into employment or higher-level study
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, professionalism, and industry practice within the commercial training salons
- Contributing to the development of an innovative and industry-relevant curriculum
- Assessing learner work and provide constructive feedback to support progress and achievement
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an outstanding student experience
What we're looking for:
- A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification at Level 3 or above (Level 4 desirable)
- Recent and relevant industry experience within the beauty sector
- Experience of delivering a range of beauty treatments and commercial salon practices
- A passion for teaching, coaching, and developing future beauty professionals
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable
- Previous experience of teaching or training within Further Education would be advantageous
