We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales Support & Prospecting Administrator to join our growing Sales team.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys administration but also likes interacting with customers and helping generate additional sales opportunities.
What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with our Prospecting Manager and Sales team, helping customers throughout their buying journey by:
- Maintaining and updating prospecting databases and CRM systems
- Uploading and managing customer information
- Contacting customers by email and telephone regarding Service & Maintenance Plans
- Following up sales opportunities and customer enquiries
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records using Excel
- Managing appointments and supporting Sales Consultants
- Providing administrative support across the Sales department
- Providing cover for Order Pack administration when required
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and highly accurate
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Friendly, professional and customer focused
- A great team player with excellent attention to detail
Previous experience in administration, customer service or sales support would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
