Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments
- Offer expert advice on hair care and styling options tailored to individual client needs
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and maximise revenue opportunities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the salon environment
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and handling enquiries
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and creativity
- Barbering but not essential.
- Proficient in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a professional rapport with clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends
