Working Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including weekends)
Earnings: £45,000–£60,000+ OTE (excellent basic salary + bonuses + commission)
NCF is a fast-growing retailer with a excellent Trustpilot rating, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our Milton Keynes store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and delivers outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers and deliver a high-quality in-store experience
- Demonstrate and sell products confidently
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer queries professionally and in line with company procedures
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ retail sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
