Key Job Role Information
Role – Female and Male Support workers
Location- L11 Noris Green
Salary - £14.57 per hour (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Shifts – I have day shifts
Monday to Friday: 8am-3pm (or 8/9pm on the days when dad works late)Saturday: 10am-6pmSunday: 10am – 4pm
Expected hours – going from 24 hours per week
Competent verbal and written English-
Must have experience within health and social care settings

- What challenges do I have? I have ASD and Learning Disabilities, I do struggle with Challenging behaviours, I do also struggle in certain social settings. Im limited with my verbal communication.
What are my aspirations?
- What are some of my long-term goals? I want to go out Into the community more, and have a team who can help me with my anxiety.
My team
- How many people support me at one time? I am supported on a 2:1 in the day and 2-1 of a night
- What I like - I enjoy meeting people who are calm and patient who also can engage and have fun with me
- What shift patterns do my team do? Both day and waking night shifts
